18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Compliance with OSAHS diagnostic criteria; 2. Meet the criteria of overweight or obesity; 3. Aged 18 to 65 years old, physically and physically able to complete physical exercise and weight loss, and the exerciser of "yi jin jing"; 4. No therapeutic intervention for the disease was performed within 4 weeks; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.Note: patients who meet the above 5 items can be included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who fail to meet the two diagnostic criteria; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Combined with cardiovascular blood vessels, tumor, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, etc. Note: patients meeting any of the above criteria are excluded.
