Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have seen a doctor in our hospital and obtained a clear diagnosis; 2) All inspection items and physical signs are perfect; 3) good nutrition; 4) Over 18 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Metabonomic technology is used to analyze the metabolic differences between patient samples and normal subjects of thyroid diseases and related complications, and to find out the metabolic biomarkers and related metabolic pathways with differences between different thyroid diseases. Through in-depth analysis of common markers and disease-specific markers, the correlation mechanism between thyroid diseases and their complications is explored, and the biological functions of key markers are revealed, providing experimental data for clinical early prevention and control of thyroid diseases and rational drug use.
