45 Years to 83 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Age 45-75 years; according to Kellgren-Lawrence image classification standard belongs to I-II level; WOMAC pain scale score >= 40 points; (3) Participants have not participated in the history of Ba Duan Jin in the past 3 months; (4) Agree to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of knee arthroplasty and other knee surgery history; (2) suffering from diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, respiratory system and blood system, and intolerant to sports; (3) Intervention of knee joint pain with opioids, corticosteroids or antipyretic analgesics in the past 30 days; (4) cognitive impairment; (5) severe deformity of the lower extremities, pain and other affectors of normal walkers; (6) various types of rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis or other knee diseases;
