Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of acne vulgaris; (2) GAGS score was 19-38 (moderate and severe); (3) The age is 15-35 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Other types of acne: aggregate acne, fulminant acne, medicinal acne, premenstrual acne, cosmetic acne, occupational acne; (2) Patients with other diseases that may affect the severity of acne, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, thyroid disease, atypical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, or use other drugs to treat systemic diseases; (3) Patients who have used antibiotics for local or systemic treatment in the past six weeks, patients who have used retinoic acid drugs for systematic treatment in the past nine months, patients who have used steroids for systematic treatment in the past nine months, or those who have used contraceptives or anti-inflammatory drugs in the past three months; (4) At present, other skin diseases, such as rosacea and folliculitis, which may interfere with acne evaluation, are being combined. (5) Patients suffering from serious heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases and general malnutrition; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) Patients who have been treated with this study regimen in the past 30 days.
