Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) orthopedic lower limb surgery patients who need to use pneumatic tourniquet; (2) clear mind and consent to participate in the researcher; (3) Aged 18-69 years old, male and female.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with open fracture, severe crush injury, varicose veins and thrombosis in the affected limb; (2) preoperative abnormal coagulation function or abnormal platelet count; (3) patients with severe hypertension, diabetes and complications of heart, brain, kidney and other important organs.
