Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 3-5 days after TAVR; 2. Qi and Blood Deficiency and Stasis Blocking Water Stopping Syndrome; 3. Subjects were informed and voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe postoperative complications: acute heart failure, myocardial infarction, III degree atrioventricular block, and other malignant arrhythmias, aortic dissection; 2. Liver dysfunction (ALT or AST level is 2 times higher than normal value) and renal impairment (serum creatinine level is 2 times higher than normal value); 3. Patients with specific bleeding history or bleeding history due to warfarin use; 4. Patients taking other Chinese medicines within 90 days; 5. Anaphylaxis with known or suspected ingredients in Chinese herbal prescriptions.
