Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) non-diabetic group: Previously healthy, 40 ~ 75 years old, no abnormal blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipids, heart and kidney function, and body mass index in the normal range; (2) diabetes group: Patients with previously clinically diagnosed type 2 diabetes, aged 40 ~ 75 years, without abnormal cardiac and renal functions, can be divided into groups with no risk of diabetic foot, groups with only a precursor symptoms (such as neurological symptoms or skin changes), and groups with diabetic foot patients with ulcer according to clinical diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pacemakers or severe claustrophobia, which are absolute contraindication to magnetic resonance, cannot be included in this study. In addition, the exclusion criteria for each group were: (1) non-diabetic group: Previous history of foot surgery, trauma, fracture, etc. Have other base disease person, be like hemal disease of narrow of lower limb hemal and occlusive wait for hemal disease; (2) diabetes group: Patients with other basic diseases, such as vascular diseases of lower limbs such as stenosis and occlusion.
