Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years old; 2. BMI>= 24kg/m2; 3. Weight stable within 6 months (< 2 kg); 4. Weekly exercise time < 30 min; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With a history of smoking and drinking alcohol; 2. With drug use that may influence body weight; 3. With a history of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Women with pregnancy status, or menstrual; 5. With allergies for powder composition; 6. Has a history of severe immune system or the blood system diseases; 7. Simultaneously into the group of other similar studies.
