Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 55 years; 2. The test anxiety scale (TAS) was assessed as severe test anxiety; 3. Agreed to participate in the clinical study, signed the informed consent, completed the scale and questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have hyperthyroidism, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other physical diseases of secondary anxiety. 2. Have heart disease, such as valvular disease, myocarditis, arrhythmia and other organic diseases; 3. Have a history of mental illness or are currently in psychiatric care. 4. People who are taking drugs that affect their heart rhythm.
