Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) and ventricular tachycardia (VT); 2. Patients aged between 18 and 80 years; 3. Patients with obvious symptoms of PVCs/VT but cannot be relieved or tolerate antiarrhythmic medicine; 4. Impaired left ventricular function or tachycardia-induced cardiomyopathy due to asymptomatic PVCs/VT; 5. Frequent monomorphic PVCs/VT (>10000 per 24 h or burden >10%); 6. Informed consent can be obtained.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Failure or abandonment of the ablation procedure; 2. Sustained ventricular tachycardia, Torsade de pointes, ventricular flutter or ventricular fibrillation; 3. PVCs/VT due to reversible reasons (electrolyte disturbance, acute ischemia, hyperthyroidism, etc); 4. Infrequent monomorphic PVCs(=level III; 8. Other severe cardiac dysfunction, cardiac ion channel diseases, inherited arrhythmogenic diseases and so on; 9. complicated with other severe diseases (e.g. hepatic and renal dysfunction, malignant tumor); 10. pregnancy or be allergic to iodic contrast medium.
