Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of hypertension proposed by Revised Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China in 2018and is diagnosed as primary hypertension. 2. Age=60 years. 3. Consciousnessindependent behavior ability. 4. Take long-acting anti-hypertensive drugs. 5. Blood pressure changes before and after breakfast are monitored for 3 consecutive days before intervention. The occurrence of PPH is more than 2 times. 6. Agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Morning peak hypertension (The mean of systolic blood pressure within 2 hours after morning minus the lowest systolic blood pressure during night sleep >=35 mmHg). 2. In the state of hypertensive emergency or sub-acute symptoms. 3. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events occurred within months. 4. Severe trauma and surgical history within 6 months. 5. Routine diet is unacceptable for various reasons. 6. Using nitratesdigoxinorlistatacarboseoctreotideguar gum34-DL-SODcaffeine or other psychotropic drugs within one month. 7. Suffering from Parkinson's syndromemultiple system atrophy, or Alzheimer's disease.
