Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart failure stage C and stage D; 2. NYHA grade III-IV of cardiac function; 3. Aged 18 to 85 years; 4. The interviewees signed the informed consent form and volunteered to participate in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction (within 14 days); 2. Severe damage of liver and kidney function; 3. Severe hematological diseases and malignant tumor; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with mental illness.
