30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those aged between 30 and 80 years; 2. ERUS, MR, CT and pathological biopsy were performed before operation, and the clinical staging was consistent with low locally advanced rectal cancer. 3. Agree to accept preoperative neoadjuvant therapy plus rectal conservative surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Family history of colorectal cancer.
