Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for heart failure; (2) aged 50 to 75 years; (3) NYHA grade I-III; (4) the symptoms and signs of chronic heart failure are stable for more than 1 month; (5) consciousness, no obvious obstacles in hearing and intelligence, can cooperate with rehabilitation training; (6) sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe renal or hepatic insufficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or pulmonary heart disease; (2) severe primary diseases such as severe hematopoietic system and tumor; (3) heart valve disease, cardiomyopathy or congenital heart disease; (4) poor control of hypertension (at rest, systolic blood pressure > 200mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg); (5) other metabolic problems, such as hyperkalemia, hypokalemia, acute thyroiditis, etc.; (6) Patients who have practiced the practice method in the past 3 months (including Liu Zi, Ba Duan Jin, Tai Chi, etc.).
