Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All dibetic patients with end stage renal disease receiving maintenance peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis for a first renal replacemnet therapy at the Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine; 2. All patients who were at least 18 years old at the beginning of dialysis between 1 July 2019 and 31 December 2027.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refuse to participate in the cohort study; 2. Patients who refuse regular follow-up at our dalysis centre.
