Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Refer to the "Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China (2013 Edition)" Diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes: typical symptoms of diabetes (drinking, polyuria, polyphagia, weight loss) plus random blood glucose test =11.1 mmol/L or Plus fasting blood glucose test =7.0mmol / L or 2h after glucose load, blood glucose test = 11.1 mmol / L. In line with the damp-heat syndrome standard, the main symptoms: limb weight, head weight such as wrap, red tongue yellow greasy, sticky or constipation of stool, or uncomfortable after the stool; secondary symptoms: fullness of abdominal distension, nausea, not too much drink, The mouth has a stench and a slippery pulse. Emphasis is placed on "the yellow mossy" and "the head is trapped" and "the stool is abnormal."
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Combined with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases; combined with severe gastrointestinal diseases; history of intestinal surgery or trauma; pregnant or lactating; used expander, antidiarrheal, antispasmodic, in the past two weeks, Probiotics and antibiotics; long-term use of metformin, antibiotics or drugs that regulate intestinal flora.
