18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients meeting the above diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation; (2) aged from 18 to 60 years old male and female; (3) patients diagnosed with acute attack within 2 weeks after CT and MRI examination; (4) no obvious operation indication; (5) those who voluntarily cooperate with the treatment plan of this study and sign the informed consent. Note: to be included, the above 5 items must be met at the same time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. during pregnancy, lactation, or severe psychological disorder; 2. complicated with lumbar tuberculosis, tumor, myelitis, spinal deformity, etc.; 3. with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood diseases, acute infections, infectious diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.; Note: if any of the above 1 items are not met, they will be excluded.
