Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with yin deficiency or yang deficiency syndrome; (2) Best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) = 34 points (ETDRS visual acuity chart, equivalent to Snellen 20/200, decimal 0.1); (3) Aged 18 to 65 years; (4) Informed consent, volunteering to be tested.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Refractory medium opacity is difficult to perform fundus image evaluation; (2) patients with severe eye diseases such as glaucoma, uveitis, diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, and optic neuropathy; (3) Patients with severe heart disease (severe heart failure grade standard cardiac function level 3 or above, severe arrhythmia), liver function abnormality (AST, ALT = 2 times the upper limit of normal value) and serious diseases such as hematopoietic system; (4) Preparing pregnant, pregnant or lactating women; (5) Those who are allergic to the compound tropicamide eye drops; (6) Those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
