Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for peri-menopausal syndrome in Western medicine; (2) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for peri-menopausal syndrome in Chinese medicine; (3) Baseline heating score = 4 points; (4) Informed and agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) uterine and ovarian organic lesions; after ovarian, hysterectomy or local radiotherapy; (2) Those who have a pregnancy or are pregnant in the near future; (3) Currently receiving other therapies to treat the disease; (4) Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and mental illness; (5) Those who have used sex hormones in the past 3 months.
