Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosed with stroke according to the criteria of Diagnostic Criteria and confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Having cognitive impairment according to the Mini-Mental Status Examination (MMSE) screening; ? The first onset, the course of disease is 1-6 months; ? The age is 40-70 years old; ? Having sufficient visual and auditory resolution capability to accept neuropsychological testing; ? The patients should be conscious, with stable vital signs; ? Signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?With serious illnesses, such as heart, liver, kidney, endocrine diseases and hematopoietic system disease; ?Combined with other mental illnesses and severe neurological diseases; ?Patients that have severe impairment of vision, hearing and speech that hinder cognitive test; ?Patients receiving drugs that affect the excitability of brain within 3 months; ?Patients receiving repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation before our trial; ?Patients participating in other clinical trials.
