Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stable COPD: COPD patients have stable cough, cough, shortness of breath or mild symptoms. (2) After the researcher explained the research purpose, research content, and the discomfort and risk involved in the study, the patient agreed and signed the informed consent form. (3) Those younger than 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who have undergone previous pulmonary rehabilitation; (2) Patients with malignant tumors, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled arrhythmia or hemodynamic instability, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, lower extremity thrombosis, suspected dissection aneurysm. (3) Severe heart function, liver function and renal dysfunction can not be combined with pulmonary rehabilitation. (4) Bone and joint, nervous system and neuromuscular diseases affect exercise capacity. (5) People with mental disorders who cannot cooperate. (6) Long-term oxygen inhalation is required. In the past six months, spontaneous pneumothorax or recurrent pneumothorax, huge pulmonary bullae, and rib fracture have occurred.
