18 Years to 28 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The main complaint is neck pain stiffness or limited cervical activity and meets the diagnostic criteria; 2. Aged 18 to 28 years, gender is not limited; 3. The neck pain VAS score is 3-7; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent. Note: subjects with neck pain who meet all the above four criteria are allowed to be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of trauma such as cervical fracture and dislocation; 2. Skin damage on neck and shoulder; 3. Neck pain with numbness, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, blurred vision, palpitation symptoms; 4. Previous medical history of severe heart, liver, kidney, immune system, blood, digestive system, cancer, tumor, tuberculosis, etc.; 5. Severe mental disorder; 6. Pregnancy and lactation; 7. Are participating in other clinical trials that interfere with this study; 8. Oral analgesics within one week. Note: subjects who meet any of the above criteria will be excluded.
