Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Cerebral infarction was confirmed by CT or MRI, and the location of the disease was in the cerebral hemisphere. (2) Disease course: 2 weeks to 6 months; (3) The patient's vital signs are stable and sane; (4) Water drinking test in depression is greater than grade II (including grade II), and by swallowing examination of videofluroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) clearly exist dysphagia; (5) Aged 30 to 75 years, both male and female; (6) Sign an informed consent to enter the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant or lactating women; (2) Patients with complete motor aphasia or sensory aphasia or have a throat disease such as thyroid diseases, local infections, ulcers, etc. (3) High blood pressure (>180/120mmHg) or hyperglycemia (>11.1mmol/L); (4) Bleeding tendency to affect acupuncture safety; (5) Patients with severe kidney, liver, heart, blood and endocrine diseases; (6) Mental retardation, mental symptoms can not be combined with treatment; (7) A tracheotomy.
