Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Complying with the diagnostic criteria of carpal tunnel syndrome; (2) Aged 18-70 years; (3) Subjects stopped taking analgesics and took related drugs only when pain was intolerable, such as analgesics or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Subjects were not allowed to take hormone drugs and agreed not to change drugs at will in the course of treatment; (4) willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hormone therapy recipients in the past three months; (2) diseases that hinder the safe participation of experimental design and affect the completion of research, such as myocardial infarction or stroke, congestive heart failure, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cancer, diabetes and other serious systemic diseases and severe mental illness in the past three months; (3) physical history or clinical manifestations with bleeding tendency, including Anticoagulants are currently being used; (4) inflammatory arthritis (e.g. rheumatoid or psoriatic).
