Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Conformity with diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylosis (including imaging diagnosis). 2. Take "neck pain" as the chief complaint. 3. Neck pain and stiffness occurred in the past 3 months or more, with an average frequency of attacks once a month. 4. Visual analogue scale (VAS) score was greater than 3 points when included. 5. The age ranges from 18 to 60 years. 6. Voluntary participation in research and voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious other systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, tumors and so on are not suitable for the study. 2. History of neck trauma, neck fracture or surgery, neurological deficits (such as muscle weakness or abnormal spinal nerve reflex), congenital spinal abnormalities, and systemic bone or joint diseases. 3. Those who fear or refuse acupuncture and moxibustion. 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Acupuncture and moxibustion for cervical spondylosis in the past two weeks. 6. Other treatments (medicines or non-medicines) for cervical spondylosis are currently being used.
