Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 meet the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation;2 age between 30-60 years old, male or female;3 leg pain is more important than low back pain, leg pain is typical of the distribution of sciatic nerve area;4 according to the skin distribution area of the sensory disturbance;5 two signs in four signs (muscle atrophy, motor weakness, hypoesthesia and radiation reduction);6 Those who voluntarily join the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 history of spinal surgery; 2 history of severe spinal trauma; 3 imaging findings of patients with spinal bone tumors, tuberculosis, osteoporosis; 4 combined with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hematopoietic, digestive system and other serious diseases or mental patients; 5 pregnant and lactating women; 6 liver and kidney dysfunction; 7 other autoimmune diseases, allergic diseases and acute and chronic infections; 8 Those who are not suitable for nuclear magnetic resonance examination: those who install a pacemaker, those who have or suspected metal foreign bodies in the eyeball, those who have an aneurysm silver clip ligation, those who have metal foreign bodies in their bodies, or metal prostheses, have life. Dangerous critically ill patients, claustrophobic patients, etc.
