Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Meet diagnostic criteria; (2)Physical examination and related laboratory examination exclude depression caused by physical diseases; (3)Average time in bed at night is 7 hours; (4)Patients voluntarily participate in clinical trials and sign the informed consent; (5)Aged 18 to 65 years; (6)Junior high school education or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Concomitant physical disease or brain organic disease; (2)Have used or are using any antidepressant or antipsychotic drugs in the past two weeks; (3)Remove emotional disorders caused by life factors such as alcohol or coffee, strong tea; (4)Women during pregnancy, lactation and menstruation; (5)Participating in other clinical trials within one month; (6)Suicidal.
