30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy persons with age and sex matched with MSA patients; 2. Probable MSA patients and Possible MSA patients (in accordance with Second consensus statement on the diagnosis of multiple system atrophy 2008); 3. Aged 30 to 80 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a similar family history; 2. The existence of Multiple System Atrophy characteristics due to systemic diseases or other clear causes; 3. Hallucinations unrelated to the drug; 4. Neurological examination shows the standard of dementia in accordance with the 4th edition (Dsm-?) of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual for Mental Disorders in the United States; 5. Apparent slow or vertical nuclear gaze paralysis of the vertical rapid scan; 6. Evidence of local cerebral cortex damage, such as aphasia, ectopic limb disorder, parietal dysfunction, etc.; 7. Pregnant women, with severe heart, liver and kidney and other diseases can not complete the scale and related examination of the person.
