Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? meet the Western diagnostic criteria of Diabetic kidney disease and diagnostic criteria for TCM syndromes; ? age 30 to 75 years (including 30 and 75 years); ? 24h urine protein quantification between 0.5 ~ 3.5g, eGFR30 ~ 90ml/min; ? after antihypertensive treatment, the blood pressure is controlled at =140/90mmHg; ? the blood sugar is stable, and the glycated hemoglobin is below 8%; ? signed informed consent, outpatient and inpatients who can be followed up for a long time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? blood pressure <90/60mmHg; ? patients with blood creatinine increased to 2 times in the past six months; ? unilateral or bilateral renal artery stenosis; ? other serious diabetic complications and severe macrovascular events in the past six months, such as cerebral hemorrhage, large-area cerebral infarction, acute myocardial infarction; ? patients with various infectious diseases in the past 4 weeks; ? combined with other serious diseases, such as blood system diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; ? serious psychological or mental abnormalities; ? pregnant or lactating women. Note: Any item that meets the above conditions will not be included in this study.
