Inclusion criteria: Age range: 50-75 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous diagnosis of renal problems 2. Previous diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes 3. Self-reported regular users of nutritional supplements 4. BMI 30
