Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults over the age of 16 with sedentary lifestyle 2. Are active Android smartphone users

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with learning disabilities 2. Acute psychiatric illness 3. Pregnant women 4. People with mobility issues
