Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients who were admitted to each of these pods were evaluated for enrollment 2. Aged of 18 years or older 3. Placement of a central line and/ or an arterial line 4. Hospitalization in the ICU for more than 24hrs 5. Either genders were enrolled
