Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. On long-term warfarin 2. Aged 18 years or over
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any individual without capacity to consent to partaking in the pilot e.g. dementia 2. Antiphospholipid syndrome 3. Receiving end-of-life care
