Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological stage Ia and IIa (upper) Hodgkin's disease 2. Aged 15 to 65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with mediastinal disease will not in general be eligible for local radiotherapy alone
