Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged =18 years old 2. Patients who have had their first CABG surgery 3. Patients could read, write, and communicate verbally in Arabic 4. Patients who have access to a telephone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Surgery for cardiac valve repair 2. Patients with major postoperative complications such as stroke, serious wounds, infections, pulmonary emboli, and renal illnesses
