The study is a prospective, single-group longitudinal case-series intervention study. Eligible adults with DSM-5-TR cocaine use disorder are enrolled into one treatment arm and receive Process-Based C

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years or older 2. Meet DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria for cocaine use disorder 3. Have cocaine use disorder as their primary substance use disorder 4. Have stable mental health status, including previous mental health problems that are in remission or stable on treatment 5. Have adequate cognitive and executive functioning to engage with the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A primary substance use disorder other than cocaine use disorder 2. Severe alcohol use disorder 3. An acute psychiatric condition at assessment, such as psychosis, severe depressive episode, active suicidality or mania 4. Diagnosed intellectual developmental disorder 5. Significant cognitive impairment 6. Severe comorbid substance use disorder requiring specialised treatment 7. Clinical needs exceeding the scope of the PB-CBH intervention or requiring urgent psychiatric care

Cocaine use frequency, assessed by the number of days of cocaine use during the preceding 14-day period, measured using a modified Timeline Followback (TLFB) daily substance use log at baseline/pre-intervention (T1), post-intervention (T2), and 3-month follow-up (T3)
