Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: HIV tests of young men ages 15 - 24 years residing in Ibadan city, Nigeria and surrounding areas before (24 weeks) and during the intervention period (48 weeks) will be abstract from surveillance records of the Infectious Disease Institute of the University of Ibadan, College of Medicine for analysis.
