Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Any patient prescribed or due to be prescribed an antipsychotic medication in any setting (ward or outpatient)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged under 18 years old 2. Patients who lack capacity and do not have a personal consultee to give advice or where the personal consultee does not think they would want to take part
