Inclusion criteria: Women in Hounslow (and comparator London boroughs) eligible for BCS invited for BCS during the intervention period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women who are not in Hounslow (and comparator London boroughs) eligible for BCS invited for BCS during the intervention period.
