Inclusion criteria: 1. Full time primary school teachers 2. Naïve to yoga 3. Not following any other organized wellness strategy or on continuous medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any illness or use of medication chronically 2. Use of alcohol or any intoxicant
