Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years old 2. BMI <24kg/m2 3. No systematic training experience except for daily physical education 4. No bone, cardiovascular disease or other sports-related discomforts 5. A degree of myopia < 200 degrees
