Paediatric doctors are matched in pairs of two and randomised to an intervention and control group. The intervention group participates in a communication training of four 2-hour sessions. Both groups

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Paediatric doctors: those who work in the emergency outpatient department between 4.30 and 10 pm and who are willing to participate Parents: those who visit the emergency outpatient department between 4.30 and 10 pm and who are willing to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Paediatric doctors: leading position Parents: those who do not understand and speak German sufficiently
