Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who will be discharged from an emergency department of a teaching hospital after a suicide attempt 2. Aged above 18 years old, both men and women 3. Agree to provide written inform consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are too ill to be interviewed 2. Patients who have immediate and severe suicide risk
