Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Premature infants with intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) and posthemorrhagic hydrocephalus (PHH) who are eligible for a ventriculosubgaleal shunt or ventricular access device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not suitable for surgical intervention in the operating room
