Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as having (pre-)diabetes based on the WHO/IDF guidelines 2. Above 18 years old 3. Presently included in an existing Diabetes Self-Management Education strategy in a participating centre 4. Having received at least one session with an educator in the DSME strategy 5. Willing and able to provide written informed consent
