Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Rheumatoid patients on methotrexate therapy undergoing foot and ankle surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ongoing use of other immunosuppression agents. 2. Localised infection pre-operatively.
