Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All clinical areas in Memorial Hermann Hospital. The unit of randomization was clinical areas. There were 23 units - 12 control, 11 executive walkrounds.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The emergency dept was excluded.
