Conditions

Respiratory: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) Respiratory Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Interventions

Nasal potential difference: between the 'sensing' electrode in contact with the nasal epithelium, and the 'reference' electrode, a butterfly needle inserted under the skin of the forearm, is measured.
