Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non-smoking patients 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status class 1 to 3 3. Scheduled for a surgical procedure that would last at least ninety minutes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Younger than 18 years of age 2. Suffering from terminal renal failure
