Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-professional caregivers who have been taking care of an Alzheimer's patient for more than 20 hours per week for more than six months and are expecting to continue for 12 months more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to physical exercise 2. Other physical therapies 3. Drugs affecting measures
